What Are Button Badges?

A 58mm round metal pin badge with a full-colour CMYK-printed paper insert sealed under a clear acetate dome. The back features a steel safety pin for clothing attachment. How It's Made

Designs are digitally printed on 170 GSM art paper at 300 DPI and die-cut to 58mm circles. A clear acetate film is placed over the print and the assembly is pressed into a tinplate shell using a badge-making press, crimping the front and back components together. Each badge passes a dome-seal and pin-action check before packing.

Can I mix multiple designs in one order? Yes — different designs can be combined in a single order, provided each design meets a minimum of 10 pieces. No extra setup fee for up to 5 designs.

Are other sizes available? Yes — 25mm, 32mm, 44mm and 75mm sizes are available. Price varies by size; contact us for a quote before placing your order.

How quickly can badges be produced? Standard turnaround is 3–5 working days. Rush orders (48-hour) are available for Bangalore pickup for orders under 500 pieces.
