What Are Custom Labels?

Custom labels are adhesive stickers manufactured to your exact shape, size, and design. Printigly prints them on BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) film or coated paper stock, applying a permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive. They are used on bottles, jars, boxes, bags, and any packaged product. Matte finish diffuses light for a premium look; gloss finish enhances colour vibrancy and provides mild moisture resistance.

How It's Made

Artwork is checked for bleed, colour profile (CMYK), and resolution before printing. Labels are printed on roll stock using offset or digital press, then laminated for finish. Die-cutting is done on a flatbed or rotary die-cutter to your exact shape, and labels are sheeted or left on roll as required.

FAQ

Can I supply my own design? Yes. Upload your print-ready PDF or AI file with 3mm bleed and CMYK colour mode. Our prepress team checks it before production.

Are BOPP labels waterproof? BOPP with gloss lamination is water-resistant and suitable for products that encounter moisture or refrigeration. Paper labels are not waterproof.

What's the minimum order? 100 labels per design. Multiple designs can be combined in a single order to meet minimums.
