How It's Made

Acrylic sheets are fed into a precision CO2 laser cutter that scores and cuts the custom shape in a single pass, producing clean, polished edges. For UV-printed designs, a flatbed UV printer lays colour directly onto the acrylic surface with scratch-resistant UV-cured inks. A stainless-steel split ring is hand-fitted before quality inspection and packing.

Is there a minimum order for custom shapes? Minimum order is 50 pieces for all shapes including standard (rectangle, circle, heart) and custom die-cut outlines.

How long does delivery take? 4–6 working days for standard orders within India; 2–3 working days for Bangalore. Bulk orders of 500+ may require 7–10 working days.
