Global Templates covers two things: design templates and cliparts, which are public and live today at Printcart Templates and Cliparts, and shared pricing templates, a way to reuse price rules across stores, which is not confirmed live yet. This page states only what is live.

The problem
Buyers personalizing a product from a blank canvas take longer to finish, and a print shop setting up pricing for every new product from scratch repeats the same work for every store.
What Printcart Connect gives you
Design templates and cliparts give buyers an editable starting point in the designer, so they finish faster and the shop gets cleaner, print-ready files. A shared pricing template, once confirmed live, would let a print shop reuse the same price rules across products or stores instead of rebuilding them each time.

Design templates and cliparts are public. Pricing templates are listed as coming soon, not live, per this page's standing claims rule.
