- What is a Store Plan?
- A Store Plan belongs to one store. It decides which features of the Printcart app that store can use. Each connected store has its own plan.
- Who collects payment for a Store Plan?
- The platform your store runs on. A Shopify store subscribes through Shopify, and a Wix site subscribes through Wix. Other stores follow the steps shown in the Printcart Dashboard when they choose a plan.
- Why are there separate Standard and Wix plans?
- Each group has its own price list, shown in its own table above. Compare the plans inside the group that matches your store.
- Where do I change a Store Plan?
- Sign in to the Printcart Dashboard and open the plans page of the store.
- Where do these prices come from?
- They are read from the live Printcart price list each time this page is built for you. If the price list cannot be reached the page says so instead of showing numbers.
- Can you work with a merchant in my country?
- Yes. Printcart services are delivered remotely, so we work with merchants in any country. Netbase JSC, the company behind Printcart, has worked with clients in 80+ countries.
- Do you support my industry?
- Printcart services are not tied to one industry. Full stores, custom development, integration and support are delivered remotely; tell us what you sell and we will say plainly whether Printcart fits.
- How do I pay securely?
- You sign the contract with and pay the company, Netbase JSC. App plans are billed through Shopify or Wix for stores on those platforms, and through PayPal for WooCommerce and direct stores. Full-store orders on solution.printcart.com check out through PayPal. Service work is quoted in writing in your Helpdesk ticket before any payment.
