Bulk Product Setup turns a spreadsheet of products into ready-to-sell customizable products in Printcart. We apply printing options, design zones and pricing rules by product category, so each new product follows the same tested pattern.

Print shops and POD sellers with 20 to a few hundred products: apparel with many sizes and colours, signage and labels with size and material options, or an existing catalog that needs to move onto Printcart.

Frequently asked questions
What file format should my product list be in?
A spreadsheet (CSV, Excel or Google Sheets) is fine. We review it first and tell you what to fix before importing.
Will you change my prices?
No. We map the prices you give us. You approve the price sheet and the margins.
Can you add more products later?
Yes. The handover sheet explains the pattern, and a follow-up batch is quoted the same way.
Do you also create the designs?
Not in this service. Template creation is a separate service, listed on the services page.
Do I need to join a call?
No. Everything runs in your Printcart Helpdesk ticket.

Scope
- Scope, price and timeline are confirmed in writing in your Helpdesk ticket before any work starts.
- Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
- Timelines depend on how quickly you share access, files and approvals.
Communication
- All communication runs through your Printcart Helpdesk ticket. No calls are needed.
Access and data
- We ask for the minimum access needed and work on a test copy where your platform allows it.
Quality
- Anything we configured that does not work as agreed is fixed free of charge within 30 days of handover.
